Return Information

We strive to ensure that every product we sell meets your satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 10 days of delivery. Please note that all returns must meet the following requirements:

  1. The item must be in its original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and tags intact.

  2. The customer must pay for all return shipping costs.

  3. If the item is damaged by the customer or during return shipment due to negligent packaging, all costs of the product will be deferred to the customer.

  4. Any item marked final sale or no returns is not eligible for any type of return or store credit.

  5. Please note that many of our items are one of a kind or antique, so they may have defects due to their nature. We will do our best to disclose any known defects in the product description, but please keep this in mind when making your purchase.

To initiate a return, please contact us at design@windsordalton.com with your order number and reason for return. Once your return has been approved, you will receive a return shipping label and instructions on how to return your item.

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will issue a refund for the purchase price of the item (less any shipping and handling charges). Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be processed.

Sale items discounted at 40% or more are FINAL SALE.
